  i hope this bogus BEDCO would be stop, i heard people being the victim of this unhuman act. they make money from those people who have no knowledge at all and they take advantage of it. VICTIM OF THIS BEDCO OR BEDGO SHOULD COME OUT TO THE OPEN AND REPORT TO THE PROPER AUTHORITY.

  I am a bedgonian, and i believe in its operations. The people who are making rough comments are the ones who cannot wait for the time this projects to be operating.Since I am reporting daily in our bedgo office in times beach davao city, we are the ones working for all the important papers needed for its full implementation, at masaya kayo kasi putak lang kayo ng putak eh wala naman kayo ginagawa, I assure you that the time that everybody’s waiting for ay malapit na. We are just finalizing our bank resolutions and have these notarized and submitted to the bank for its final release.

  at tama si jean, why not do proper investigation if its really a scam? eh nakabalandra naman yung office sa public, actually daily meron police car nandun eh, dapat noon pa sila nanghuli. At saka if this existed for several years, dapat noon pa na investigate at na expose’ na sa lahat ng media. Eh meron ba? Tingnan ninyo ang swiss franc, bago lang nag exist, nahuli kaagad, kasi nga true scam sila.Ang advice ko lang sa mga negative, try to contact and communicate with us in the office or with your heads kasi sila mismo may alam na kung ano na ang updates. The office is open for everybody.

  I was also one of those who were recruited to be a munivipal vice chairman, but until now madami ng mga papers na binayaran namin, not just the 1,000+ na registration. I don’t know who should we believe in, because if it’s a scam, these recruiters should be hiding but they are actually seen in public, particularly in valencia city bukidnon. Their office is very accessible to public, biro mo, it is situated infront of the city gym…why, the city govvernment of valencia and the province of bukidnon have no actions on this when a lot of people are already fooled to pay whenever they are told to pay because of some processing….?

  yah BEDGO should be investigated. theres irregularities in collection of fees. they have no standard fees from one place to another. they are like milking out money out of the poor people who are waiting for years for their dream job. how many years they will wait?

  i was of those who were recruited but one of those chairman of this said BEDCO ask an amount of P200. tinanong ko sya para naman saan to? sabi nya for membership fee daw to avail those benifits and previlages. then i wonder, why should i? i am apply for a job but d pa nga nakapag umpisa may babayaran na. comments ko lang sa mga reactions above. diba sabi nyo why d iniimbistigahan kung scam nga to…? alam nyo kc may sinusunod naman tayong batas e kahit naka abang dyan araw araw ang mga pulis kung wlang nag rereklamo syempre wlang kaso at wlang iimbestigahan. kung kayo na victim nga bat d kayo gumawa ng action diba instead of making comments. kc kung ako tatanongin nyo mahirap e lalo na sa isang ordinaryong tao na mag file ng case against this scam if it is really a scam. kc sa situation ko d talaga me mag ffile ng case coz i have no evidence, wla akong time, at wla akong connections lalo na sa lahat i have no money. so all i can do is to inform those people who were recruited para naman maiwasan ang maloloko

Eh alam mo, mayor actually knows about bedgo and because he has no enough basis of detaining or making huli the people behind this ( eh si Mayor pa na gagawin lahat for justice), kaya up to this point wala talaga nahuhuki.   I am a member, and a very curious person. Ang ginawa ko nagtry mag join and makinig kung ano ang sasabihin nga taga office tungkol sa org. Ang sa akin, if it’s a scam or not. Wala naman cgurong nawala sa akin. Mapalad pa nga ako dahil, nagkaruon ako nga maraming kakillala dahil sa org na ‘to. Marami ang nagtry mag withdraw dahil inisip nila ito ay isang scam. Sa akin naniniwala pa rin ako na ito ay tunay at matutuloy ang operation. Yung mga nagsasabing scam ito, BAT DI KAYO ANG MAG PUNTA SA KAHIT ANONG AHENSYA AT IPA_IMBESTIGA niyo na kung ano ang inyong gusto mapatunayan.

  Good day to all! I am also an Official of BEDGO particularly the IP sector. I heard news that the Office Bldg. for BEDCO is under construction. I am still hoping that this will be realized. In my opinion, some sectors of society are dubious about it because they have no knowledge about this. The LGU Officials are talking against it just because they will not partake some funds which will be granted by Islamic countries.

  Mr Mallo is right. The LGU ’s will never receive anything from the funds that we will be receiving. Unlike what happened to Misuari’s case wherein a few percent was only given to him and most of the money went to the hands of president ramos and maybe the government. So what happened, nagrebelde siya against the government and he used that little amount to buy firearms which were used for his rebellious acts. This one, we are the ones who will govern and utilize for the economic development especially in mindanao. konting tiis na lang I tell you.

  I am very curious about BEDGO, thats why i myself tried to gather informations about this…i really don’t know whom to believe..everybody needs job..i was invited and recruited to be a member of BEDGO. I understand that in every newly formed organization, the organization ask for a certain amount for membership fee and other fees..there’s no questions on that..but asking too much from the member “EWAN KO LANG” baka scam na nga…but anyway i’m still interested to join the group specially the program is for the indigenous people…the powerless voice of the society…i hope this is not a SCAM

  Good day to all.
  I read from den’s comment above that BEDGO has an office at Times Beach in Davao City. I was also recruited by this organization but was never informed that there was an existing office there. As far as I know they held their meetings and paperworks at restaurants in the city, and they were said to be high officials of BEDGO.

  I learned that they will be giving financial Aid to members and to indigent people sometime early september.
  and i was told that they will be asking P250 membership fee.

  Can anyone tell me if these people are connected to the BEDGO office at Times Beach?

  i don’t blame you for protecting your organization. i would have protected it to before if not for the many irregularities that we have seen. you don’t know what is happening since last year because you see otherwise and you are led to believe by your high officials that something important is happening soon. for those working everyday in the office, i heard that you are not paid any salary for now, don’t you know that the organization has been given a mobilization fund 2yrs ago in the amount of $50B? no you don’t because it was hidden from you. or maybe you didn’t know that your precious chairman was called to the embassy last year held for question as to where the funds was allocated. check out your facts about your organization. it would be useful for you to know that this “invitation” to the embassy was a result of the ocular visit that the arabs conducted last year. where did they stay while in Davao? Marco Polo.

  anyway, i can still go on and on and on…. but this is just an eyeopener for you bedco/bedgo members… make an investigation first before you defend your organization….

  you might even be a victim of labor laws if you are not given compensation for your work there in Davao, don’t you think so?

  i understand why you’re confused, it’s because i’ve been connected with the organization before and there are facts that these loyalists say are true but the problem is, they only know what the heads want them to know and again, i don’t blame them for defending it. the fault lies in the higher management for decieving these people.

  somebody said above, what’s 200PHP? well if there are 1,000 recruits in a region, how much would that be for just 200 a head? that will be 200,000 for what? membership? privileges? i don’t think it’s coming anymore.

  anyway, there will always be another loyalist who’ll leave a comment to say i am wrong but i just leave this to them

  What I learned about Bangsamoro Economic Development Council or Bangsa moro Ecodnomic Development Government for Mindanao as accronym BEDCO/BEDGO. Here in Region IX it is being chaired by the regional chairman which covers from Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte, Basilan Province, with the cities of Dipolog, Pagadian, Zamboanga and Isabela City of Basilan. They collected us with Five Thousand (P5,000.00) each as membership fees from municipal down to barangay level which is being headed by a chairman with 7 staff each.Aside from these fees, we were asked to pay One thousand (P1,000.00) Pesos for our oathtaking ceremony at RMC Gym in Davao City last October 15, 2005. Another fee of three hundred fifty (P350.00) was collected from us during the launching ceremony of the USD250Billion as grant fund from the OIC for Mindanaos development programs for the indigenous peoples and the poor.
  Presently we have been asked again to pay for another four hundred (P400.00) pesos each for the budget allocated persons from the administration down to the staff, so that we can received our backpay of one year. This covers from the regional, city level to the barangay level. We have been promised with a very high salaries ranging from ten thousand for a mere utility- one hundred fifty thousand for higher official (P10,000.00 - P150,000) Pesos a month and luxurious vehicle services. This excludes allowances and other fringe benfits.
  Poor people like me are forced to sell our pales, basin, thermos just to come up with the amount or if possible sell the carabao of our neighbor, so that we can be a member of this organization that can maybe help take us out from our poverty stricken situation.We even escaped lunch or merienda, just to hear the higher officials outline our future activties streamlining the development of the poor people and the future euphoria.
  According to them there are still plenty of vacancies and they continue recruitng people to run the different Ministries of Government for Mindanao governance.

  To those members of the BEDCO/BEDGO organization, dont expect to much. matagal ko ng pinag iimbestigahan ito. i sent a letter to Pres. GMA regarding this organization. The said letter was indorsed to the Securities and Exchange Commission, main office manila. the director called me up and asked me to present an affidavit signed by more members of the organization to make complain stronger. The director told me that Buisan, the director of the said organization declared in october 2004 that it is no longer operating. ” how come the said organization still operating?”, the director said. i tell u mga kasama. it is a scam. Tulungan nyo nalang ako sa investigasyon ko. Ipadala nyo sa akin lahat ng proof of payments nyo sa organization and if possible isa isa tayong pumirma sa affidavit na ipapagawa natin para mas epektibo ang complain natin. ok?

And once maopen na ang account then anyone can make a wire transfer/remittance to that account. Ingna jud na walay muhatag sa ilahag funds kay bogus man ni tawun uy. ang funds gikan sa mga tao nga ilang gipang-ilad.

  I heard BEDGO will be giving out money as payback & financial aid within this month of september or early october. They were collecting names of people to be included in that list to receive that money, I gave my name there.
  They weren’t asking me for any amount from me until i receive my money. i was told to give 10% of what i receive for my fees.

  Hello Bedgo members and supporters, first thing first, i really don’t mind those people saying something bad about it, samok kaayo paminawon oi? we just knew based on an e mail sent to us by an officer of bedgio that the United Nation Project Organizer Team will visit and conduct briefings of BEDGO that was Oct 20, a reliable source told me that indeed there was a meeting. we are still waiting on the result of that meeting, we just hope for the best for BEDGO. there was also a caravan on that day. It’s not today as stipulated by some.
  Wait and see . who knows, its part of the long process.

  First and foremost when you want to get employed in BEDCO you have to be a member of the said organization. That’s why may membership fee nga 1,000 pesos and 150 pesos for the ID. Kaya lang until now wala pang ID ewan kung nasan na ang pera na ibinigay namin. Sabi nila dahil sa dami namin di pa raw nagawa ang mga ID. At kailan kaya ha, taga Valencia? where na man amo IDs. Seriously speaking, the extensive recruitment of BEDCO in Mindanao is quite alarming if this is a scam. However, if the NGO has really honest intention to alliviate the Mindanawons from poverty, I salute it as it upholds the teaching of Jesus and Mohammad, Peace Be Upon Them.

  For your info, I know personally the oldman SALIK as a simple, silent, pro-peace and pro-unity in diversity man. But what surprised me is, he is now heading a big where even lawyers and other professionals believe on his motive for Mindanao. It’s really a serious thing to think about. But why the government is tolerating the NGO to intensify its recruitment if it is an illegal entity?

  The suggestion from some of you that the government must initiate to verify the legality of the NGO and it’s alleged networking with possible funders from the middleeast is the most appropriate move. But in fairness, the government cannot do that unless one of you will file a complaint against the NGO.

  Launch of a Process to Achieve Peace and Prosperity in Southern Philippines

  A historical three-day tripartite meeting was held in Jeddah on November 10, 2007 under the auspices of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) between representatives of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP) and the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) for reviewing the implementation of the 1996 peace agreement. OIC Secretary General Prof. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu chaired the first session. In his opening speech of the tripartite meeting Ihsanoglu said, “Today we are launching a process with a road map that will certainly lead us to the right destination which is peace and prosperity to Mindanao and the rest of the Republic of the Philippines.” Ihsanoglu added that a process such as this would require confidence building measures and expressed his confidence that expediting the legal process of the case against Prof. Nur Misuari, the MNLF Chairman, and allowing him to participate in the tripartite talks would greatly contribute to the restoration of confidence between the two parties. He emphasized that peace will not become a reality unless the process is accompanied by economic and infrastructural development, reconstruction, correction of injustice, proper settlement of the displaced population and ensuring equitable and just distr
